Raw honey from our backyard hives in Eagle. Hand-strained through fine mesh, never heated, never blended with anything from anywhere else. The flavor follows what's blooming up in the foothills. Clover and alfalfa in spring, sage and a little mint by August. We leave a few bits of wax in on purpose. That's what raw means.
