Where we ship

We ship anywhere in the continental United States. Local Treasure Valley orders can be picked up free or delivered free over $40. International shipping isn't available right now.

Tallow and warm weather

Tallow products soften in heat. Between June and September, we pause shipping tallow goods to anywhere outside the cooler regions of the West. Honey and beeswax ship year-round.

Processing time

We pack and ship orders within 2 to 3 business days. Markets and harvest weeks can stretch this slightly. We'll send a tracking number when your package goes out.

Lost or stuck packages

If your tracking hasn't moved in 7 days or the package shows delivered but you can't find it, send us a note and we'll work with the carrier.
