If something's wrong
If a jar arrives broken, the wrong product showed up, or the goods were damaged in shipping, send us a note within 7 days and we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund. Photos help.
Change of mind
Because these are food and skincare goods, we can't accept returns of opened or used products. If you haven't opened it and it's been less than 14 days since delivery, we'll accept a return for a refund minus return shipping.
