Where the Name Came From
By Paxton · April 7, 2026
People ask about the name. It's the line in the Lord's Prayer, on earth as it is in heaven (Matthew 6:10). We grew up with that prayer. That one phrase always landed a little differently than the rest of it.
It's a small bar to set, and a very specific one: make a thing on this piece of land in Eagle that's honest enough that it could exist anywhere without changing. A jar of honey we'd put on the kids' toast without reading the label twice. A tallow tin we'd hand to a neighbor without explaining what's in it.
The arched window on the label came after the name. It's how we picture the bar. A clean shape with nothing extra. We're trying to clear it every batch.
